The home owner does not have ANY return on investment with prices charged by many installers! But you keep making the promises – in my world it is called cheating – in yours it is the name of the game. The Wall Street used the same arguments as you are using – it got them very wealthy very fast – but look what happened to “home owners”. Good luck and I wish you many profitable to all installations.

The home owner profits because their cost drop – the builder of the equipment because they have customers and the installer who makes it physically happen.

If you think the installer charges too much – what stops you from installing it your self or hiring another?

    Why can’t all parties profit?

IF you don’t do it because your afraid some one else may make too many bucks – what is your ROI of not doing it?

What profit is in the philosophy of envy ?

Simple: it is my investment and I want to take the profit. You the installer should get paid for your good work and you should not grab my ROI.
The dx geothermal mechanical the net price of geothermal should be at most as much as good conventional system. But in 2008 study of hundreds of installations indicates that the installers charge 300% – 600% more.

Why care about a mark up as long as it is profitable for you?

Ok Iam Water Furnaces # 1 competitor. And I have to say they do a great job @ what they do. They do not have a 600 % markup. And they dont take all your savings. I have seen lots of systems installed and whenever I have seen a customer not happy it was because they went with the cheapest price and the contractor cut corners and the customer was left with a geo that cost them more than if they would have just had payed to have it done right in the 1st place. Seen this way to many times.

aahh! just see how you 2 can cost effectively heat, cool, make instant or demand 100% hot water .

gtjongeo 4 minute video (after 2 minutes ) is clear about all 800 382 3113

    DOCUMENTED 12 YEARS RUNNING
LOWEST COST GEOTHERMAL PER SAQUARE FOOT PER SCHOOL YEAR.
ONLY HYDRO-TEMP HAS THE LOWEST PUMPING REQUIREMENTS TO GET TO 23 RATED “TONS” PER HORSEPOWER

WaterFurnace Channel: learn about what the EPA called the “most energy efficient, environmentally clean, and cost-effective” systems available. Geothermal heat pumps burn no fossil fuels, are 5 times more efficient than gas furnaces, and reduce utility bills up to 70%.

It’s equal to planting 750 trees or taking 2 cars off the road…forever. If 10% of California goes geo, the energy saved equals the output of 9 power plants! Geo could have a huge impact on the environment and dependence on oil.
